MinicabTransfer is operated by Q auto spa Ltd. Q auto spa Ltd (“we”) is the data controller for the personal information you give us on this website. What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, email address and phone number; your pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times; flight number; number of passengers and cases; any extras or special requests; and the operator you chose.
• Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number and your message.
• Technical data: your IP address and basic request details, used to protect the website from abuse and kept in short-lived server logs.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

• Forwarding your quote request to the operator you chose, so they can contact you. We do this because you ask us to when you send the request: it is a step taken at your request before you enter into a contract with the operator (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). If you leave the “another operator may contact me” box ticked and your chosen operator can’t take the journey, we may pass the same request to one other TfL-licensed partner operator, on the same basis. Untick it and we share it with your chosen operator only.
• Keeping a copy of each request so we can deal with questions, complaints and problems with our service. This is in our legitimate interests.
• Replying to messages you send through the contact form. This is in our legitimate interests.
• Security, such as limiting repeated requests. This is in our legitimate interests.

We don’t use your information for marketing, and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

• The operator you choose. When you send a quote request, we send your details and journey to that TfL-licensed operator, and to no other operator. From then on the operator is responsible for how it uses your information, under its own privacy policy.
• Our service providers, who process data for us under contract: Cloudflare (website hosting and email delivery) and, if address search is enabled, Google (address lookup). Some of them may process data outside the UK, protected by UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep copies of quote requests and contact messages for 12 months, then delete them, unless we need them longer to deal with a complaint or a legal claim.

Stopping further sharing

You can ask us to stop using your details at any time by contacting us using the contact form on this website, or by post to Q auto spa Ltd, 19 Bonds Garden, Wallington, SM6 7LW. This stops any further sharing by us. An operator that has already received your request holds its own copy, so please contact it directly too.

On this website

While you fill in the quote form, your answers are saved in your browser’s session storage so they aren’t lost between steps. This stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab. Your light or dark theme preference is saved in local storage. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, ask us to restrict or stop using it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere.
