These terms apply when you use minicabtransfer.co.uk (the “website”). MinicabTransfer is operated by Q auto spa Ltd. Q auto spa Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 19 Bonds Garden, Wallington, SM6 7LW.

What MinicabTransfer does

MinicabTransfer is a fare comparison and referral service. We do not operate or execute private hire journeys. All bookings and transfers are directly fulfilled and managed by TfL-licensed operators.

MinicabTransfer shows fares from private hire operators licensed by Transport for London (TfL). When you choose an operator and send a quote request, we forward your request to that operator. That is the whole of our service.

What MinicabTransfer does not do

• We are not a private hire operator. We do not accept, execute, dispatch, modify or cancel bookings.
• We do not employ drivers or own, provide or operate vehicles.
• We do not take payment for journeys.

Sending a quote request does not book a journey. Any booking is made directly between you and the operator, on the operator’s own terms, and only once you have agreed it with them.

Fares shown on the website

Fares on the website are a guide based on an approximate route distance or the hours requested. They are not offers and not guaranteed prices. The operator sets the final fare and any charges for waiting time, extras, parking, tolls or cancellations, and will confirm them with you before you book.

Operators

We only list operators that hold a TfL private hire operator licence. We show each operator’s licence number next to its quote, and you can check it on TfL’s taxi and private hire pages. Each operator is responsible for its own service, drivers, vehicles, insurance and compliance.

Changes, cancellations and complaints about a journey

Please contact the operator directly for anything about your journey, including changing or cancelling it, lost property, or complaints. If you’re having difficulty reaching an operator we referred you to, tell us and we’ll look into it.

Your information

When you send a quote request, we share your details with the operator you chose. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.

Using the website

Please give accurate details and only send requests for real journeys. We may block requests that look automated or abusive.

Our liability

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and working, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for journeys, services or prices provided by operators. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
